Draconian military RG3 gives +10 CP to Leaders of ANY race, not just Draconians. So if you play Dwarf Sorcerer and gets military Draconian RG3, you get +10 CP on your Dwarf Sorcerer Leader. We cannot fix that (or don’t know how to) by modding it, and it does not look like it’s what was intended, so only you devs can fix it it seems. 😛

Improved Mountaineering (Dwarves RG Economic Prophet): It only reduces the spent MP from 14 to 4. So only 10 reduction instead of 12 mentioned in the description.
What bonus is correct?
