Not sure it was covered in update, but lately I’ve seen a uprising in crashes due to diplomacy menu.
For example you open a message from a team mate, and start reply and game crashes.Just me? Oh well, never mind then 🙂

About the PBEM thing: does this mean matches earlier drop out a player after a certain time of inactivity? I thought this was only manually. A warning is nice.
That is correct. We had a system running to clean up ‘dead’ sessions. However, the system to warn you guys and girls of this didn’t make it into the patch that introduced PBEM. So, we went and fixed that now.
I’m wondering how much more dire the dire penguins are, and if their direness is related to the “small chance of releasing shadow demons back into the world…”
Their direness is most definitely related. It’s what fixed the space-time rift.

- Fixed crash when city was being razed while at the same time a player had a ‘Independent Can Discuss: …’ event
- Fixed ironman exploit where a player could exit TC without triggering an ironman notification
- Fixed crash when clicking on empty specialization icon in diplomacy interface
- Fixed issue where master specialization would not be correctly removed when removing adapt
- Added support for additional workshop tags to PackageManager
These have been merged into the list in the OP.

I’m now imagining Sundren, Arvik and Sanhilde trying to close the Shadow Gate by stuffing it with dire penguins…
…hrrrmn. This is weird – I seem to have lost my expansions and other DLC. Let’s see if reverting fixes it.
EDIT Hrrrmn, looks like it was a Steam issue. Had a Steam update, and it was back to normal afterwards.

You should be careful with those unconditional promises… “So, we had this great new idea for a DLC! See, you pay us $100, and in return you get a Triumph Supporter badge that you can display on Steam! For every $100 extra you pay, you get an extra badge!”
(Not sure Steam would actually allow that, but I’m sure you get the picture. 😛 )

Patch note for this one is:
- Fixed a crash when disabling a mod which provided new hero bodies.
This was added to the patch notes in the OP

I´ve encountered the some dire penguins after the first update, and fail to see how they have become more dire. Was a hidden ability added to them, like “evolve”, or “if [awaken spirit] is applied to this unit, it transforms into a T5 [Overlord of the Frozen Hells] until end of combat”?
P.S: I didn´t have to force the second update

Just had a look at it and expect something to resolve this in the next patch of the patched patch. I’ll discuss the change in more detail in the linked post.

- Removed duplicate entries from the tome of wonders for the Fire Cannon and Movement Upgrade abilities.
- Added a new unit property that can be used to change the strength of resistance checks. See: AoW Unit Property: Resist Strength Modifier.

Also I want to ask about several things if you patch game now.
Is this possible for you to add option that ability can take 2 action points to operate?
Do you have plans to tune a balance a little?Also I found some light issues. I think it would be good to fix them officially.
– Wrong description of Polearm bonus damage (IRL it’s +4, on display was +5).
– Frostling Scoundrels will have Arctic concealment and Projectile Resistance on Bronze (as other scoundrels have).

No. We’re happy with where balance is at the moment. Most discussion are either for a specific mode – e.g. PBEM – or things on which opinions differ. Both of these are best dealt with by modding.[/quote]

That’s probably for the best. Balance is for some part subjective and for another part context dependent.

I’d also like to address few additional possible issues, if you don’t mind.
Lobby issues:
– When in multiplayer lobby hosting a game, clients cant see what the turn timer is set at (this might be good to know sometimes as host might have forgotten to change it).
– Seal setting appears to reset on reload. (at least on lobby screen)Reload issues:
– After reloading savegame, its bit of an annoyance to deal with all the resources gathered popups (could be nice to have option to disable this :-)).

I’m still an avid player of the random map generator, just finished one as an Orc Warlord and started one tonight as an Orc Necromancer.
I wish there was an easy way to have more than one underground level on the RMG.
I have the gog.com version of AoW3 and there’s no patch available yet. Should I buy the next Triumph game on Steam instead? They seem to get quicker patches.
