Tibbles is some kind of artist!
September 15, 2015 at 10:22 #228866No more Bardwigs 😀
I’ll put this online soon, when I’m done with all the bards and the Shamans, want to have at least one class done
September 15, 2015 at 12:14 #228879Simply amazing 🙂
September 15, 2015 at 12:27 #228881Awesome Tibbles, truly awesome 😀
September 15, 2015 at 20:22 #228997Excuse me if I’m too late, but I believe that pure cosmetic mods should stay pure cosmetic and the ballance mode sould be separate. So the player could have some vresitality in his decisions wether he/she wants to change only appearance or the whole balance.
P.S. Tibbles, what you are doing is rrally good stuff, only do not spoil it by pushing to balance changing. It’s great and I’m looking forward for the other models!
September 15, 2015 at 22:03 #229012Bards with more fitting hairstyles, need to fix the frostling harp a bit:
@akinaba I never said I’d add balance stuff? All I said was that the game supports having multiple mods on at once, for example, a visual and a balance mod
I only care about the visual aspect, not really a balance kind of girl, I only play singleplayer anyway.
Thanks for the compliments 🙂
September 16, 2015 at 03:10 #229064Comrade Akinaba, if You carefully read the topic, it saw my posts, for example:
I think that it’s great when mods complement each other:
the mod from Tibbles + the mod from Zaskow + a mod with new dwellings of old races = the mod of dreams! This is what we all expect.
Tibbles, many thanks for Your Works – they’re simple superb !!!!!
September 16, 2015 at 05:53 #229072Frostling harps are still looking, meh… Sorry.
September 16, 2015 at 07:07 #229079Tibbles, that looks nothing short of amazing. If I may ask a question (from total modding ignorance, mind you), some of the hairpieces look to me very similar to some hero hairstyles. are they? and if so, are all pieces of equipment freely attachable and detachable between units? or are there any limitations?

You’re right, that’s why she said she’s still working on them.
September 16, 2015 at 07:24 #229080Looks awesome! This is mod I’m definately going to use 🙂
September 16, 2015 at 14:12 #229193Awesome bards.
September 16, 2015 at 22:37 #229304Here’s the fixed Frostling:
and here are a bunch of Shamans:

They are indeed the Leader hairstyles, you can find them in the SKIN_HERO_HAIRDO files, if you’re zoomed in you might not see them, as they float above the unit, bring them down a bit. All Leader customisation bits are available like this
Thanks for the compliments guys 🙂
September 17, 2015 at 08:13 #229322Bravo! Great work! As it is Hunters, shamans and bards are very hard to see what race they are in game without clicking on them. I think scoundrels needs your touch too.
I hope some of your skin upgrades could make their way into the official game since they are indeed improvements.

Agreed.
September 17, 2015 at 11:40 #229342I uploaded it to the Workshop!

Next up are Apprentices and Scoundrels 🙂
September 17, 2015 at 11:45 #229344Tibbles, did you remove the hair with editing the mask texture? Just curious if you had access to the models.

Yeah, it’s masked out, You can still sort of see it if you look closely 🙁
But it was the only way to do it that doesn’t involve receating the model
September 17, 2015 at 11:59 #229347All units look great, but the change to the high elf shamans is astounding. Did you retouch the texture, or is it a game asset?

It’s just a texture swap, tried to make it wood-elfy
I’m glad you like it ^^

Has anyone tried ripping the 3d models and reimporting them?
September 17, 2015 at 12:32 #229354Has anyone tried ripping the 3d models and reimporting them?
I tried a few rippers but can’t get any of them to work with the game or the editor

I tried the ninjaripper 1.3.1 and it works. 😀 UV’s are alright. :3

Huh cool! I tried ninjaripper a bunch of times on different systems, but it wouldn’t work for me.
I’ll try the version you mentioned
September 17, 2015 at 13:30 #229366I posted a tutorial~
September 20, 2015 at 16:32 #230012Mod has been updated with Apprentices, all new units also have icons now
September 20, 2015 at 19:35 #230061Mod has been updated with Apprentices, all new units also have icons now
Great to hear! Could we have some previewes?
September 20, 2015 at 20:07 #230114Should’ve chosen lighter player colours, ah well
September 20, 2015 at 20:14 #230127Really cool ^^
Especially looking at the Bards, this kinda should be an official patch :>
September 21, 2015 at 05:51 #230247Should’ve chosen lighter player colours, ah well
Really nice, butr Frostling staff seems to be made from ice as a whole. Could you only change the colour of it’s sphere on it’s end instead. Would look much more “realisticly” on my pow. The same could be done with the orkish staff only change the sphere colour to black…
Oh, and if you could make an Elven Appretice look as “thin” as Elven Shamans, that would be incredibly cool!
Anyway good luck!September 21, 2015 at 06:31 #230251Should’ve chosen lighter player colours, ah well
Orcs, frostlings and dwarves should use their racial staffs definitely.
