    It is really hard to judge it right now, a week after release maybe?

    Goblin Dreadnought/Theocrat.

    You just can’t not love the little goblin fellow ever since that Theocrat gameplay video came out. I mean just look at those giant shield crusader carrying or those exalted winged goblins? Just too good.

    Aside from that just love the steampunk aspect of Dreadnought class, seams kind of fitting to goblins too.

    @fenraellis
    It doesn’t seems as much appealing as some others “Ultimate” spells somehow, guess I’ll have to find out it for myself tomorrow.

    Drone, Flame Tank and Golem do not. Engineer, Musketeer, Cannon and Dreadnought do. Not exactly ‘vast’ majority, but I understand your idea.

    That being said, the sheer strength of their attacks are balanced around the fact that they do have a cool down. Removing said cool down would be a horrifically power buff to those units. They wouldn’t really need to think anymore(in the case of the Musketeer and Engineer especially, when considering optimal range to fire considering cool down) if they should fire this round or not, because it would simply be up again the next round.

    There is a very good reason why their ranged attacks are on a cool down, and you’ll see why once you get your hands on them.

    Ok, I did exaggerated with “vast majority” thing, but I honestly thought that flame tank had cooldown (I never played the game yet, so my misjudgement comes from numerous gameplay videos). And I understand your point, being valid as it is.

    But nevertheless, just think about it, warlord can with one spell literally upgrade all of his units to max rank, meaning: more HP, attack, defence, resist and additional abilities (That I’m not sure of, but some of units in previous games did get new abilities with ranking), not to mention an overall decrease in unit support costs.
    And it is permanent.

    I don’t see how increased movement (which can be upgraded by any other class by simply researching logistics) or +2 buff to Str/Def/Res for machines alone can outweigh that. Also, it seems it can be canceled by disjunction.

    P.S.
    Well it still better than Sorcerer’s “Age of Magic”.

    Since vast majority of Dreadnought units has range attack cooldown I kind of expected their final spell to fix that. Wishful thinking I guess, oh well :/
