    Thanks this game is still good to play. I hope the new game that will be announced in May will be another tactical fantasy warfare game.

    I would think luck wouldn’t be tied to morale. You can be lucky with bad morale in real life.

    Morale affects criticals and fumbled attacks and shouldn’t affect lucky evasion at all in my opinion. Oh well.

    so you are saying you can lucky evade attacks with no luck but only high morale? Yeah never seen that happen.

    Also after using the lucky cloverfield, I get 0 luck. The army I just fought against had luck for sure since they lucked out of more than one hit I did against them.

    I think the cost of boar riders is increased due to dwarf racials in general costing 15% more as a “feature” of the dwarves.

    …If you could get rid of inflict stun (or change it to inflict dazzle) for sorc supports and desecration for necro, it would really even things out after this.

    Dude! This would be great. Inflict stun is too ridiculous. Inflict dazzle would be bad but like that unit is dead like how inflict stun is now.

    Riddle me this… where would the replacement Tigrans come from?

    If I had to make something up maybe they kept a few alive and while the town has been turned to ghouls there’s some who survived like one named Rick or something. Or maybe Ghouls are supposed to eat living people right? For food and stuff? So they have some squirreled away for food.

    Yeah I get what you are saying. I just don’t like it as a game element. I guess it means in any game I play if I run into a Necromancer that dude becomes my #1 enemy.

    Part of the first gamble IMHO.

    well and good. I’m not talking about that time. I said I think it’s not right how it works every time.

    Undead ALWAYS migrate out the race. That may be cool for your race but playing against a undead I hate it.

    I’ve been trying to play rogue, I mainly play theocrat, and I’m finding the early game to be a huge mountain. Sure you get somewhat nice early spells but they take up way too much mana. Throw out one crow and you are making +1 mana. How are you going to afford the poison buff which costs 20 mana per turn or corpse looting which is another 15? And getting a scoundrel early or bard just ain’t going to do much.

    Well, you took a gamble and lost, but getting a city you couldn’t defend.

    Indeed, a second city is a gamble. Losing the race automatically is my issue.

    I agree that any race can migrate out a race, but undead ALWAYS migrate out a race.

    And I play without city founding so making settlers is usually worthless though I guess I could have made a settler, in my tigran city that had only a builders hall and nothing else, and been prepared to raze the city and rebuild it if a necromancer decided to ghoulify it. I would have defended my tigran city, it was only my second city, I didn’t have enough of an army to split between leaving a powerful defense force and adventuring out and about and protecting my throne city yet.

    Anyway, that was just one example of it really really being a bad situation. I find that the undead automigrating out the race of a city to always be a bad game mechanic. They always migrate out the race, no other race does that.

    I suppose it shouldn’t even be hard to make additional unit property without any effect but visible in a unit panel.

    I’d prefer to see something without opening up the unit properties screen. Particle effect, different icon or something would be fine or some other indicator that shows on the unit on the map.

    that wasn’t it (corrupted profile).

    It is the latest patch seems kinda buggy and crashy.

    I can get it working by setting compatibility, running as admin and unchecking the DPI button on a shortcut to the game. Or by running as guest.

    So I’d like to say something about the topic.

    As someone who would prefer to play rogue or warlord over sorceror I find the weakness of both of those against a Sorceror pretty big.

    Chaos storm and you are done. Stunning ranged attack you are done. The static shield thing where you melee something and get stunned? You are done. Sure there’s a “chance” that you won’t get stunned but during the course of a battle realistically you WILL get stunned even on a high resistance unit. People win the lottery on lower odds than there are to get stunned.

    Add on top of the the general usefulness to greatness of pretty much every trait and skill and things like the magical mount thing which can be abused and you are pretty much at a huge disadvantage.
